This hotel in Puerto Natales was such a great find! the location was perfect, as it was close to the ocean and just a short walk away from the town center. We loved being able to explore the charming streets and enjoy the beautiful views of the port. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We truly appreciated their attention to detail and their willingness to ensure that we had everything we needed. Lastly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. It was clear that they had been recently cleaned, and the amenities provided were definitely a plus. we were impressed by the value for money and the level of service at this hotel.
